Personality and Team analysis

Personality analysis

A personality analysis is a comprehensive personality test designed to provide deep insight into an individual's character traits, behavioral patterns, and motivational drivers. The test aims to identify strengths, weaknesses, preferences, and areas for development across various dimensions.

The personality test evaluates 9 key traits categorized into 3 main areas:

Ego-drive: Self-behavior. Evaluates goal orientation, leadership tendencies, and energy management in the workplace.

Social factors: Us-behavior. Evaluates interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and trust-building in professional interactions.

Work style: Task-behavior. Evaluates decision-making, innovative thinking, and the ability to maintain an overview of tasks at work.

Team analysis

Team analysis is a method used to analyse and evaluate a team's performance and dynamics. This approach focuses on identifying strengths and weaknesses of the team to improve collaboration and achieve better results.

A team analysis typically involves assessing team composition, communication patterns, decision-making abilities, conflict management, and other key factors to pinpoint areas for improvement.
