Welcome to Rolf – our new Business Partner

We are delighted to welcome Rolf as our new Business Partner – Sales & Recruitment at Personale-huset.

Rolf brings a strong background in leadership, business development and recruitment, along with several years of experience building and running businesses.

Over the past few years, Rolf has worked with building and selling businesses, advising on accounting and operations, and leading more than 500 recruitment processes. This has given him a strong understanding of just how much the right people can contribute to a business.

Experience from both sides of the table

Rolf has also run a staffing agency himself for three years. This gives him insight into the industry from several perspectives, as well as a practical understanding of the challenges businesses face when looking for the right skills and people.

At Personale-huset, Rolf will primarily help Danish companies with recruitment for permanent positions and interim solutions, when there is a need for an experienced professional in a leadership or specialist role. He will also assist with temporary staffing and Try & Hire solutions when these are the right fit for the assignment.

Rolf takes a professional and open approach to working with clients. He is equally comfortable talking to the owner of a small business or working with the management team of a larger organisation.

He is skilled at building strong relationships, communicating clearly and gaining a thorough understanding of each client’s specific needs. And he follows every assignment through to completion.
