1.0 GDPR - Personal data
Whether you are a temp worker, customer, or employee, we protect your personal data - which means we strictly comply with GDPR regulations. All internal employees have been instructed on how to handle personal data correctly, ensuring that we adhere to all guidelines. If you are a job seeker and have applied for a specific position through our website, you accept the terms regarding the use of your personal data The purpose of collecting and storing personal information is to assess and contact candidates who are interested in and qualified for current or future job openings.
If you have uploaded your CV, and thereby your information, to our database without applying for a specific position, your information and CV will not be shared unless you have given consent. We always handle your personal data with the utmost confidentiality.
You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via email: kontakt@personale-huset.dk.
As a customer, you can also be assured that your information will remain within the company's boundaries unless otherwise agreed.
2.0 Use of the website
You acknowledge and voluntarily give your unconditional consent that your access and use of the website are entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for taking any necessary measures to ensure access to the website.
Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that anyone accessing the website through your internet connection is aware of these Terms of Use and any applicable special conditions, and that they comply with them. If you select or are provided with a user identification code, password, or any other information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and must not disclose it to any third party. When creating a profile with Personale-huset ApS, you must approve a declaration of consent in which you (the candidate) voluntarily authorize us to process your personal data and thereby confirm that you agree with the terms of creating a profile. As part of the declaration of consent, you will also automatically access and sign your affiliation agreement.

5.0 Purpose
You own the rights to your data, and we require your permission to process it. You grant this by approving this declaration of consent and affiliation agreement.
The purpose of processing your data is to find jobs and temp positions that align with your requirements, preferences, and qualifications. Additionally, we need your data to calculate and pay out your salary when you work for our customers.
6.0 Types of data
Depending on jobs and temp positions, we process the following types of data in our systems:

General data (e.g. Name, address, phone number, e-mail)

Confidential data (e.g. CPR-number, salary and financial information, tax details, sick days, family and social relationships, certificate of criminal record and criminal record for a person's suitability to work with children)

Sensitive data (e.g. Union membership, health-related information)

Other data (e.g. Pictures, CV, qualifications)

Time registration (Registration of your work hours if you are employed as a temp worker or freelance consultant for us)
7.0 Data storage
By default, we store your data for as long as you grant us permission.
This means that when you give us your consent, your data will be stored until you choose to withdraw it. Your data will continuously be included in our searches for potential candidates for jobs and temp positions with our customers.
If we find a temporary or permanent position that you accept, payroll records will be created as part of your data. As a result, we will be required to retain your data as documentation for a minimum of five years after your last job or shift.
When we no longer need to store your data, or if you actively request to be removed from our system, one of the following actions will be carried out:

If you have not had any jobs/shifts with us, all your data will be deleted from the system, and you will be permanently erased from our records.

If you have had jobs/shifts, we will save your data for a minimum of five years. After this period, if/when you request it, we will anonymize you in the system. This means that all your data will be deleted, and you will be assigned a new, random identification number. You will be permanently erased from our records.
8.0 Your rights
It is important that you are aware of your rights regarding your data in our system. Below, you can read more about your rights.
8.1 Right of access
You always have the right to be informed about what data we have registered and process about you. Simply contact us, and we will provide you with this information.
8.2 Right to be erased
You always have the right to withdraw your consent and thus be deleted or anonymized in our system. Simply contact us, and we will assess whether your data can be deleted or anonymized. We will then initiate the process to remove or anonymize you in our system.
8.3 Right to rectify your data
If it turns out that we have registered incorrect information about you, you always have the right to have it corrected or deleted. To do so, simply contact us, and we will ensure that your data is updated accordingly.
9.0 Who processes your data
Our employees and IT data processors have access to your data and are therefore bound by confidentiality agreements. As a general rule, our employees and IT data processors can view all your data in our system.
When you accept a job or a temp position, we share some of your data with our customers This is done to ensure that the customer knows who you are and can recognize you when you arrive at the job. The data we share with a customer in connection with a job or temp role includes:

Additionally, you consent to us obtaining references from previous employers. This consent can be withdrawn at any time upon your request, at which point we will delete all registered information about you. With your consent, you also allow us to share your registered information, including a photo, for the purpose of evaluating a specific temp assignment.
When you have worked for us and are therefore entitled to a salary, we will transfer relevant data to our payroll system and, as a result, send parts of your data to the tax authorities and other government agencies. This is required by law and does not require your consent.
9.1 Disclosure of your data
We never disclose your data to individuals, companies, authorities, or systems other than what is described in this declaration of consent. If a situation arises where it becomes necessary to share your data, you will always be informed.
10.0 Data
Your data is stored in our IT system, which is hosted on servers located in Denmark. As a result, your data is subject to Danish law. Our IT system undergoes an annual external IT audit to ensure that the system and operational environment continuously comply with applicable legislation. If we change how we process your data or otherwise update this declaration of consent, you will always be asked to provide new consent. You have the right to reject updates, in which case your data will be deleted or anonymized in our system.
