It all began with Susan – an experienced veteran in recruitment and temporary staffing, who has worked in the industry for over 20 years.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with countless companies and candidates, and every day has been dedicated to the pursuit of the perfect match.
But over time, she began to feel that something was missing.
She often saw companies struggling to find people with the right skills, while talented candidates weren’t always able to fully put their unique strengths to use. At the same time, Susan wanted to create a more personal and in-depth approach – one where she could help both candidates and companies connect in the right way.
Driven by this passion and experience, Susan decided to take matters into her own hands.
This was the beginning of Personale-huset – a company built on a genuine understanding of people and a strong desire to match the right skills with the businesses that need them.
